After I decided what my goal was going to be, I focused on writing some inquiry questions that could help me achieve that goal. The questions focus mainly on social pressure, public figures and the type of accounts a teenager follows, since they are the factors on Instagram with the biggest influences on the mental health of teenagers

In order to achieve my goal, investigate properly, have a great product, and turn the process journal and report on time, I had to create several action plans. Also, I decided to add important due dates in my calendar and a clear list of reminders!

The product of my project is an Instagram account, where I shared concise information about the impact Instagram has on the mental health of teenagers while spreading positivity by posting valuable, inspiring, and motivational quotes and reminders in order for teenagers to learn and boost their self-confidence on the platform.
